I got my brother a chili cheese dog, the El Paso without onions to be exact, and he loved it. He normally likes Casper's but I believe he would say this was better. Just a nice clean hotdog that tastes delicious. The gentleman taking my order was nice, polite, and communicative.
Whenever I have an appointment at Kaiser Alameda, which is very rare, I only go there to have my blood pressure checked, because they put you in a dark room and show beautiful, calming videos while checking it, I make sure to get a, Deluxe Dog, and a Chicago Dog! So delicious!

They focus on the basics and they get it right. You can build your own hot dog or order one of the combos off the menu. Drinks and chips also available. Ingredients you can put on your hot dog include jalapeños, relish, pickles, tomatoes, cheese, chili, onions, etc. I know there are a lot of east bay folks that like Casper's. I personally like Pampered Pup way more.

MUST TRY Cute little corner hotdog shop I stumbled upon and let me tell you about the polish dog, it's better than the ones Costco had, and that should say enough! The regulars are recognized and the gentleman working was kind to everyone. I'm coming back to try more! Place is small inside so get it to-go if you're a big group.

I went in and looked over the menu. I tend to order traditional classic dogs, but I like to try something new. So you order the type of hotdog you want, and then the kind of toppings. Or you ask for a Signature Pup, and just pick the type of hotdog. The choices are All Beef, Polish Sausage, Hot Link, Veggie, and Turkey. I got: - Kraut Dog, Polish Sausage (My favorite) - Chicago Dog, All Beef - PupZilla, All Beef All the hotdogs were juicy and delicious. I was told the PupZilla is a unique recipe of this location. It's a different taste for a hotdog. It has a deep flavor, not spicy, with a sweet finish. Also available are chips, sodas, and lemonade. Limited indoor seating, and some outdoor tables on the sidewalk. This small hotdog place is ideal for a quick meal. If you want coffee, there's Starbucks and a Peet's Coffee right across the street.
